Featured Banner Advertising Terms

A Featured Banner shows your advert on pages for a chosen trade and town. Each trade and town has a limited number of slots, and banners rotate fairly among advertisers. We do not guarantee a number of impressions, clicks or leads.

Banners are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. A reserved slot is held for 15 minutes while you complete checkout.

Adverts must be accurate, lawful and follow the CAP Code. You must own or have permission to use all images, logos and text. We review every advert before it goes live and may reject or ask for changes; your slot is held while we review.

If a payment fails we will notify you. Your banner stays live for a 7-day grace period, after which it is paused and the slot may be released.

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your banner remains live until the end of the paid month; we do not refund part months except where required by law. If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel for a refund of unused service.

We may pause or remove adverts that break these terms, receive valid complaints, or relate to a disputed or refunded payment.

Our total liability for any banner is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months, except where the law does not allow this limit.
